Hello, my name is Alyse, the face behind Home Haven & Co.

A little background about me and how Home Haven & Co came about.
As a new mum to a beautiful little girl, I understand the need for flexbility.
I have been working in the beauty industry since 2009 - offering a wide range of premium quality services. As a friendly and highly professional therapist I strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming enviroment for all. Taking extreme care to ensure you are completely satisfied with your treatments. Originally from New Zealand. I have previously lived in London. More recently basing myself in Australia for several years, across 3 different states, and now call Australia home.
Settled in Fremantle, WA.

The experience gained working/managing award-winning salons and spas in various cities around the world has helped me create the perfect client experience. Delivering salon quality treatments in the comforts of your own home - at your convenience.

    FAQ's

    How do I make a booking?

    Appointments are on request. Please email us on info@homehavenco.com.au (best contact method) or call us on 0432 547 644 during our working hours (Tues-Fri 9am-6pm & Sat 10am-4pm) to make a booking. Please note it may take 24-48hours for a reply. Credit card details are required to secure all appointments - we will email you a credit card authorisation form to complete. At the time of booking please advise us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or special assistance you may need.

    How do I prepare for my appt?

    Ensure you are at home 15min prior to the agreed time for your therapist to arrive and allow set up before the treatment starts. We ask that you have a place for the therapist to setup near an electrical outlet (especially for waxing) so we can plug in our appliances. Also ensure there is a sink in close proximity.

    What if I'm running late!?

    If you are running late and not at home by the agreed time. Please call us asap to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, if our therapist is waiting longer than 30min we will be unable to complete the full treatment. If treatment is unable to proceed - cancellation policy applies + any associated travel fees. For partially fulfilled treatments due to client lateness - full price is charged.

    What services do you offer?

    We currently offer relaxation massage, facial/body waxing and lash/brow tinting. We will be expanding on these services in the near future. We love to stay up to date with latest knowledge and treatments in the industry. If there is something you would like us to offer please email us with your requests. We are the home beauty service for what you want so we love hearing which treatments you would love to see next.

    How do I pay?

    You can pay by cash, card, apple/google pay on the day - there is a 1.9% surcharge for all card or apple/google pay (2.2% for card-not-present payments). Alternatively, an invoice can be sent for bank transfer - to be paid no later than the day prior to appt.

    How do I cancel my appt?

    We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appt please call us on 0432 547 644 or email info@homehavenco.com.au. We ask that you cancel with reasonable notice, this allows us to offer the time to other clients. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and ask that you cancel no later than 6pm, 24 hours prior to your appointment. Messages left on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.

    Are there extra charges for weekends, public holidays or after hours?

    There is a 15% surcharge for Public Holidays. A after hours charge of $20 for appts outside of our normal working hours. There is no extra charge for Saturday or Sunday bookings.

    Do I pay for therapist parking?

    We do our best to find free parking. However, where this is not possible - there is an extra charge to cover parking. If you are staying at a hotel please advise on the parking situation.

    Why purchase a subscription?

    Firstly, purchasing a subscription saves you money. It also helps to keep you on track for monthly waxing maintanence or a little time out for yourself with our relaxation options.

    Do you do weddings, couples or group bookings?

    We are currently a one woman operation. I can offer services one after the other just not at the same time. We can accomodate a girls day party for formal or bridal party prep (eg, eyebrows and lashes) with a complimentary drink of bubbles (must be 18 and over - non alcoholic alternative will be available for under 18). Please enquire about any group bookings at info@homehavenco.com.au.

    I have an issue with my service?

    We strive to provide you with the best service and that you are always left happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with an aspect of your service, please email us on info@homehavenco.com.au, we appreciate any and all feedback and want to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with our services.

    Can I buy a gift for someone?

    You can purchase gift vouchers in one of two ways. One a physical voucher - email us on info@homehavenco.com.au and we can arrange this. Secondly an e-voucher which can be found under the services section - click gift vouchers available and follow prompts from there.

    I'm planning on visiting Perth are there any places you recommend to stay?

    In Fremantle you definitely can't miss out on a stay at Warders Hotel - a small boutique hotel in the old limestone cottages that were once the Fremantle Warders’ homes. Located in the heart of Fremantle right next to the Fremantle Markets. While there don't forget to try the adjoining or sister restaurant Emily Taylor and Sailing for Oranges.
